Lisa Anne Haidermota, PA has owned her own boutique law firm in Tampa, Florida, since 2005. With more than 19 years of experience in these areas, Ms. Haidermota specializes in estate planning, guardianship and probate administration. She does not offer a one plan fits all.  She focuses on her clients’ goals and works with them individually to achieve them. Her goal is to help her clients implement a plan that works specifically for them.

At the initial consultation, she meets with prospective clients, discusses their particular family dynamics and explains what documents are needed to ensure that their wishes are carried out after their deaths. If a guardianship is needed, she explains how it works as well as its advantages and disadvantages.

She attended Stetson University in Deland, Florida, on a tennis scholarship and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. Ms. Haidermota earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University in 1993.  She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995 and began working in the areas of estate planning, guardianship and probate administration.

Her passion for helping individuals with issues surrounding aging, incapacity, and death inspired her to study estate planning.  She earned her LL.M. in estate planning from the University of Miami in 1999.

Ms. Haidermota was born and raised in Hartsville, South Carolina, where she played competitive junior tennis.  She resides on Davis Islands, and has two adult sons, Daniel and Adam.  Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis and biking.
